The Architectural Board of Review meets twice monthly; the 1st and 3rd Tuesday at 8:30 AM in Council Chambers located at Village Hall, 21 W.Washington Street.
***As of July 1st, 2021, the Architectural Board of Review will no longer host virtual meetings. All meetings will be held in person, the first and third Tueday, each month, at 8:30AM in Council Chambers at Village Hall, 21 West Washington Street, Chagrin Falls, OH 44022.***
ALL FIRST TIME SUBMISSIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED (20) DAYS PRIOR TO MEETING WITH EXCEPTIONS OF FENCES, SIGNS, RESUBMISSIONS, FIELD CHANGES, AND PLANS WHICH HAVE HAD A PRELIMINARY REVIEW THOSE SUBMISSIONS ARE ONLY REQUIRED MEET AN (11) DAY SUBMISSION DEADLINE. THE SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS 12 NOON FOR ALL SUBMISSIONS.
