Architectural Board of Review

The Architectural Review Board makes recommendations about exterior renovations in Chagrin Falls.

The Architectural Board of Review meets twice monthly; the 1st and 3rd Tuesday at 8:30 AM in Council Chambers located at Village Hall, 21 W.Washington Street.

ALL FIRST TIME SUBMISSIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED (20) DAYS PRIOR TO MEETING WITH EXCEPTIONS OF FENCES, SIGNS, RE-SUBMISSIONS, FIELD CHANGES, AND PLANS WHICH HAVE HAD A PRELIMINARY REVIEW THOSE SUBMISSIONS ARE ONLY REQUIRED MEET AN (11) DAY SUBMISSION DEADLINE. THE SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS 12 NOON  FOR ALL SUBMISSIONS.
