Chagrin Falls Mandatory Water Meter Upgrage

The Village of Chagrin Falls has contracted with PMI to upgrade our water meter reading system.   Some residents will get a postcard from PMI to contact them and arrange an appointment time to change out your meter.   The residents who do not receive this postcard are residents that have newer meter and the Village Water Department will be changing out the remote on the outside of the your house where no appointment is necessary.  Please contact PMI at  1-866-260-3176 to schedule your appointment ONLY if you received a postcard.  Contact Village Hall 440-247-5050 if you have any questions regarding this mandatory upgrade.
