PUBLIC NOTICE – Special Meeting of Chagrin Falls Village Council (3/31, 7pm)

March 30, 2020

Special Meeting of Chagrin Falls Village Council with the following purposes (A) to discuss and vote on meeting minutes from March 9, 2020 Regular Village Council Meeting, (B) legislation to (i) approve 2020 Village Budget; (ii) approve a change order for the Fire Station ventilation system contract change order, (iii) approve the 2020 ODOT Road Salt Contract; and (C) receive reports from the Administration. The public will be permitted to speak on legislative agenda items and to address Council on general matters related to the community. The meeting will be held on March 31, 2020 at 7:00pm. In accordance with Sub. HB 197, this meeting will be held as a remote meeting, no one will be in attendance at the Village Council Chambers, and the public is not permitted to access the Council Chambers during the meeting. Access is available to the public via telephone, YouTube and through Zoom web conferencing. Instructions are listed below and at www.chagrin-falls.org. The agenda for the special council meeting will be posted on the Village website no later than Monday March 30, 2020.
