NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Village of Chagrin Falls, Ohio at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, November 16, 2020 utilizing a virtual meeting format at the request of PCHE RP2, LLC and Rick Doody for request of modifications to certain code requirements and parking plan approval for proposed renovations to the property at 87 West Street, Permanent Parcel Number 932-06-052. The code sections involved are as follows:
- Section 1137.04(a) Yard and Setback Regulations; Yards.
- Section 1141.05 Schedule of Required Off-Street Parking Spaces; Eating Places
In accordance with Sub. HB 197, this meeting will be held as a remote meeting. No one will be in attendance at the Village Hall Council Chambers and the public is not permitted to access the Council Chambers during the meeting. Access is available to the public only via telephone, YouTube, and through Zoom web conferencing. Instructions on joining the meeting using these methods are listed below and on the village website at https://chagrin-falls.org/virtual-meetings/ . The public may appear remotely and speak and present written comments, or other documents given to the Chief Administrative Officer, at least three business days prior to the hearing, either by email at firstname.lastname@example.org , sending PDF format documents, or by delivering the documents to the Village using the drop box in front of Village Hall addressed to the Chief Administrative Officer and noting that they are documents to be used in the hearing for 87 West Street on November 16, 2020.
