NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Village of Chagrin Falls, Ohio at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, September 21, 2020 utilizing a virtual meeting format at the request of BrickHaus Partners LLC for preliminary plat review and request of modifications to certain code requirements for a proposed townhouse development on Cleveland Street, Permanent Parcel Number 931-17-003.  Modifications are requested to the following code sections:

  1. Section 1130.02(c) Residential Districts: Mixed Use; Standards; Supplemental Regulations.
  2. Section 1161.06(h) Required Construction Improvements; Street Improvements.
  3. Section 1161.06(i) Required Construction Improvements; Street Width.
  4. Section 1161.06(j, k, l, n) Required Construction Improvements; Street Subgrade, Street Base Course, Street Surface Course, and Full-Depth Asphalt Pavement.

In accordance with Sub. HB 197, this meeting will be held as a remote meeting.  No one will be in attendance at the Village Hall Council Chambers and the public is not permitted to access the Council Chambers during the meeting.  Access is available to the public only via telephone, YouTube, and through Zoom web conferencing.  Instructions on joining the meeting using these methods are listed below and on the village website at www.chagrin-falls.org  If you wish to view the project materials prior to the meeting, please contact Robert Jamieson, Chief Administrative Officer, at (440) 247-5050 or at rjamieson@chagrin-falls.org.

The public may appear remotely and speak and present written comments, or other documents given to the Chief Administrative Officer, at least three business days prior to the hearing, either by email at rjamieson@chagrin-falls.org , sending PDF format documents, or by delivering the documents to the Village using the drop box in front of  Village Hall addressed to the Chief Administrative Officer and noting that they are documents to be used in the hearing for 180 Cleveland Street.
