Notice is hereby given pursuant to Sections 1109.05(B)(1)(b) & 1125.04 (A) (6) Review and Approval procedures of the Codified Ordinances of Chagrin Falls that a meeting will be held by the Architectural Board of Review, of the Village of Chagrin Falls, Tuesday, September 15, 2020, at 8:30 AM in a virtual meeting utilizing the Zoom platform.
To hear a proposal: For Demolition of an Accessory, proposing a new Accessory structure greater than 18 feet in height.

In accordance with Sub. HB 197, this meeting will be held as a remote meeting, no one will be in attendance at the Village Council Chambers, and the public is not permitted to access the Council Chambers during the meeting. Access is available to the public only via telephone, YouTube and through Zoom web conferencing. Instructions on joining the meeting using these methods is listed on the village website at www.chagrin-falls.org. If you wish to comment on this proposed project, you are encouraged to do so at the hearing and prior to the Architectural Board of Review’s action on the requested proposal. Please be advised there are limited circumstances for modification to a proposal once acted upon by the board. The appropriate time to comment on the proposal is at the time of the scheduled meeting referenced above.
