NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Chagrin Falls at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 in the Council Chambers of the Chagrin Falls Village Hall, 21 West Washington Street, Chagrin Falls, Ohio at the request of Robert Mathe for an administrative appeal to the May 17, 2022 decision of the Architectural Board of Review in denying an application for a house addition and new detached garage, specifically at 65 West Washington Street, Permanent Parcel No. 932-03-001.

The public may appear, speak and present written comments, or other documents given to the Chief Administrative Officer, at least three business days prior to the hearing, either by email at rjamieson@chagrin-falls.org, sending PDF format documents, or by delivering documents to the Village using the drop box in front of Village Hall addressed to the Chief Administrative Officer and noting that they are documents to be used in the aforementioned hearing.
