Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Chagrin Falls at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 in the Council Chamber of the Chagrin Falls Village Hall, 21 West Washington Street, Chagrin Falls, Ohio at the request of Craig Gemmill, for a variance to Section 1125.03(f)(g), Area, Yard, and Height Regulations: Main Buildings and Section 1145.02(b), Nonconforming Buildings and Structures, specifically at 500 Solon Road, Permanent Parcel No. 932-24-060.
