Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Chagrin Falls at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 in the Council Chamber of the Chagrin Falls Village Hall, 21 West Washington Street, Chagrin Falls, Ohio at the request of Mark Milstein, for an appeal to the January 21, 2020 decision of the Architectural Review Board in denying a building permit, specifically at 35 Hall Street, Permanent Parcel No. 932-05-040.
