Public Hearing – BZA – 17 River Street (10/27, 7:30 PM)

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Chagrin Falls at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 utilizing a virtual meeting format at the request of Paul Seegot, for a variance to Section 1145.02(b), Nonconforming Buildings and Structures, Section 1151.02, Establishment of Buffer Area Setback and Boundary, and Section 1137.04(a)(b), Yard and Setback Regulations, specifically at 17 River Street, Permanent Parcel Nos. 932-06-047 and 932-06-048.

In accordance with Sub. HB 197, this meeting will be held as a remote meeting. Noone will be in attendance at the Village Hall Council Chambers and the public is not permitted to access the Council Chambers during the meeting. Access is available to the public only via telephone, YouTube, and through Zoom web conferencing. Instructions on joining the meeting using these methods are listed on the village website at www.chagrin-falls.org. The public may appear remotely and speak and present written comments or other documents given to the Chief Administrative Officer of the Village at least three business days prior to the hearing, either by email at rjamieson@chagrin-falls.org, sending PDF format documents, or by delivering the documents to the Village using the drop box in the front of Village Hall addressed to the Chief Administrative Officer and noting they are documents to be used in the hearing for 17 River Street on October 27, 2020.
