Chief Zugan is a third generation Chagrin Falls firefighter, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. After being appointed to the Chagrin Falls Fire Department in 1987, he rose through the ranks serving as a Lieutenant, and an Assistant Chief, before being appointed Chagrin Falls Village Fire Chief on January 14th, 2008.
