Notice is hereby given of a continuance of the January 9, 2018, Architectural Board of Review meeting and pursuant to Section 1109.05(b)(1)(B) of the Codified Ordinances of Chagrin Falls that a special ABR meeting, addressing the 23 Water Street demolition request will be heard by the Architectural Board of Review of the Village of Chagrin Falls on Thursday, March 22, 2018, at 8:30 A.M. in Council Chambers of the Chagrin Falls Village Hall, 21 West Washington Street, Chagrin Falls, Ohio to hear a request for demolition, of the current residence, and preliminary approval for a new single family dwelling.
