Parks To Hold Final Public Hearing on Main Street Bridge Design On October 24th

The Parks Commission will hold their final public hearing on the Main Street bridge design on October 23rd at 8:30 am in Council Chambers.

Street, Chagrin Falls, Ohio at the request ofNob Hill Condominiums, for a variance

to Section 1129.02(b)(1), Permitted Uses, and Section 1129.05(b), Yard and Buffer

Regulations, specifically at 5014 Nob Hill Drive, Permanent Parcel No. 932-24-009.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 1109.05(b) (1) (B) of the Codified Ordinances of Chagrin Falls that a meeting will be held by the Architectural Board of Review at 8:30 am on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 in the Council Chambers of Chagrin Falls Village Hall at 21 W. Washington Street, Chagrin Falls, OH 44022 to hear the proposal of demolition of an accessory building and proposal for a new accessory building at 5014 Nob Hill Drive, Chagrin Falls, OH 44022.  Permanent Parcel Number 932-24-009.

If you wish to comment on this project, you are encouraged to do so before the Architectural Board of Review’s initial approval of the project. Please be advised there are limited circumstances for modification of the proposal after initial approval.  The appropriate time to comment is at the meeting referenced above.
