Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Council of the Village of Chagrin Falls at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 in the Council Chambers of the Chagrin Falls Village Hall, 21 West Washington Street, Chagrin Falls, OH pursuant to Section 1111.06 of the Planning and Zoning Code whereby Council has been petitioned by three council members to review the decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals to overturn the decision of the Architectural Review Board to deny a request for demolition of a building at 104 Ridgewood Rd, which would allow demolition of the building.
