Pubic Hearing – BZA – 120 West Summit Street (6/23, 7:30 PM)

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Chagrin Falls at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 utilizing a virtual meeting format at the request of Mark Rodgers and Hope Gumprecht, 120 West Summit Street, to appeal the action of the Planning and Zoning Commission in approving a lot consolidation on Solether Lane.

In accordance with Sub. HB 197, this meeting will be held as a remote meeting. Noone will be in attendance at the Village Hall Council Chambers and the public is not permitted to access the Council Chambers during the meeting. Access is available to the public only via telephone, YouTube, and through Zoom web conferencing. Instructions on joining the meeting using these methods are listed on the village website at www.chagrin-falls.org. The public may appear remotely and speak and present written comments or other documents given to the Chief Administrative Officer of the Village at least three business days prior to the hearing, either by email at rjamieson@chagrin-falls.org, sending PDF format documents, or by delivering the documents to the Village using the drop box in the front of Village Hall addressed to the Chief Administrative Officer and noting that they are documents to be used in the hearing for 120 West Summit Street on June 23, 2020.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 1109.05(B)(1)(b) Review and Approval procedures of the Codified Ordinances of Chagrin Falls that a meeting will be held by the Architectural Board of Review, of the Village of Chagrin Falls, Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at 8:30 AM in a virtual meeting utilizing the Zoom platform. 

To hear an initial proposal: Preliminary review of a new dwelling.

Project Address:  420 North Street, Chagrin Falls, Ohio 44022

Permanent Parcel No. 931-22-037

In accordance with Sub. HB 197, this meeting will be held as a remote meeting, no one will be in attendance at the Village Council Chambers, and the public is not permitted to access the Council Chambers during the meeting. Access is available to the public only via telephone, YouTube and through Zoom web conferencing. If you wish to comment on this proposed project, you are encouraged to do so at the hearing and prior to the Architectural Board of Review’s action on the requested proposal. Please be advised there are limited circumstances for modification to a proposal once acted upon by the board. The appropriate time to comment on the proposal is at the time of the scheduled meeting referenced above.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Chagrin Falls at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 in the Council Chamber of the Chagrin Falls Village Hall, 21 West Washington Street, Chagrin Falls, Ohio at the request of Robert & Laura Coy, for a variance to Section 1125.03, Area, Yard, and Height Regulations: Main Buildings, Lot Depth, Minimum, specifically on Solether Lane, Permanent Parcel Nos. 931-09-038, 931-09-039, & 931-09-028.
