Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Chagrin Falls at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 in the Council Chamber of the Chagrin Falls Village Hall, 21 West Washington Street, Chagrin Falls, Ohio at the request of PCHE RP2 LLC, for a variance to Section 1137.04(a), Yard and Setback Regulations, and Section 1145.02(b), Nonconforming Buildings and Structures, specifically at 87 West Street, Permanent Parcel No. 932-06-052.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Council of the Village of Chagrin Falls at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 utilizing a virtual meeting format pursuant to Section 1111.06 of the Planning and Zoning Code whereby Council has been petitioned by three council members to review the decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals in approving certain variances requested by Amy Weinfurtner for an outdoor dining patio at
13 Bell Street, Permanent Parcel No. 931-13-057.  The following variance approvals from the Board of Zoning Appeals will be reviewed. 

  1. Section 1138.05(a)(2), Detailed Regulations by Type of Establishment
  2. Section 1141.02(a)(2), Off-Street Parking Facilities; When Required
  3. Section 1141.03(a), Continuation of Parking Facilities
  4. Section 1151.02, Establishment of Buffer Area Setback and Boundary

In accordance with Sub. HB 197, this meeting will be held as a remote meeting.  No one will be in attendance at the Village Hall Council Chambers and the public is not permitted to access the Council Chambers during the meeting.  Access is available to the public only via telephone, YouTube, and through Zoom web conferencing.  Instructions on joining the meeting using these methods are listed on the village website at https://chagrin-falls.org/virtual-meetings/ .  If you wish to view the project materials prior to the meeting, please contact Robert Jamieson, Chief Administrative Officer, at (440) 247-5050 or at rjamieson@chagrin-falls.org.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Council of the Village of Chagrin Falls, Ohio at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 28, 2021 utilizing a virtual meeting format for the following ordinance:

  1. Ordinance No. 2021-24
    (Amending P & Z Code 1135.02(a)(1)(B))
    AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PLANNING AND ZONING CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF CHAGRIN FALLS AND AMENDING SECTION 1135.02(a)(1) AND ADDING NEW SECTION 1135.02(a)(1)(B).

In accordance with Sub.
