Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Council of the Village of Chagrin Falls at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, January 27, 2020 in the Council Chambers of the Chagrin Falls Village Hall, 21 West Washington Street, Chagrin Falls, Ohio for Ordinance No. 2019-68, an ordinance amending the Planning and Zoning Code of the Village of Chagrin Falls and amending Section 1107.03(a), Areas: Area of Buildings of the Planning and Zoning Code of the Village of Chagrin Falls.

The public may appear, speak, and present written comments regarding the application, so long as the comments are made available to the proponent of the matter that is the subject of the public hearing and remain available to be examined on the comments made by such proponent, other interested parties, and the Village Council. The proposed ordinance and the text amendment to be considered are available for inspection at the Clerk of Council’s office at Village Hall.

 To hear an initial proposal: new single family dwelling.
