Public Hearing – BZA – 251 North Street (01/25/22, 7:30 PM)

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Chagrin Falls at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 utilizing a virtual meeting format at the request of Kristyn LoPresti for a variance to Section 1125.03(f), Area, Yard, and Height Regulations: Main Buildings and Section 1145.02(b), Nonconforming Buildings and Structures, specifically at 251 North Street, Permanent Parcel No. 931-06-008.

In accordance with Ordinance No. 2022-01, this meeting will be held as a remote meeting. No one will be in attendance at the Village Hall Council Chambers and the public is not permitted to access the Council Chambers during the meeting. Access is available to the public only via telephone, YouTube, and through Zoom web conferencing. Instructions on joining the meeting using these methods are listed on the village website at www.chagrin-falls.org. If you wish to view the project materials prior to the meeting, please contact Robert Jamieson, Chief Administrative Officer, at (440) 247-2798 or at rjamieson@chagrin-falls.org.

The public may appear remotely and speak and present written comments or other documents given to the Chief Administrative Officer of the Village at least three business days prior to the hearing, either by email at rjamieson@chagrin-falls.org, sending PDF format documents, or by delivering the documents to the Village using the drop box in the front of Village Hall addressed to the Chief Administrative Officer and noting they are documents to be used in the hearing for 251 North Street on January 25, 2022.

Public Hearing – BZA – 50 East Summit Street (01/25/22, 7:30 PM)

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Chagrin Falls at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 utilizing a virtual meeting format at the request of Allison Clarke for a variance to Section 1125.03(h), Area, Yard, and Height Regulations: Main Buildings and Section 1145.02(b), Nonconforming Buildings and Structures, specifically at 50 East Summit Street, Permanent Parcel No. 931-13-005.

In accordance with Ordinance No. 2022-01, this meeting will be held as a remote meeting. Public Hearing – BZA – 289 North Street (01/25/22, 7:30 PM)

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Chagrin Falls at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 utilizing a virtual meeting format at the request of Jim and Leah Dustin for two (2) administrative appeals.  The first  administrative appeal is to the November 16, 2021 decision of the Architectural Review Board in approving a front porch addition with modifications.  The second administrative appeal is to the January 4, 2022 decision of the Architectural Review Board in approving a siding application with modifications.  Both appeals are for the property at 289 North Street, Permanent Parcel No. 931-06-004.

Public Hearing – BZA – 289 North Street (01/11/22, 7:30 PM) *POSTPONED*

Notice is hereby given that the public hearing to be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Chagrin Falls at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at the request of Jim and Leah Dustin for an administrative appeal to the November 16, 2021 decision of the Architectural Review Board in approving a front porch addition with modifications at 289 North Street, Permanent Parcel No. 931-06-004 has been POSTPONED.

This public hearing is rescheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 utilizing a virtual meeting format.  A separate, updated notice of public hearing, including instructions on how to join this virtual meeting, will be issued.
