Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 1109.05(B)(1)(b) Review and Approval procedures of the Codified Ordinances of Chagrin Falls that a meeting will be held by the Architectural Board of Review, of the Village of Chagrin Falls, Tuesday, November 17 at 8:30 AM in a virtual meeting utilizing the Zoom platform. 

To hear an initial proposal: preliminary review of a new dwelling.

Project Address:  240 Bramley Court, Chagrin Falls, Ohio 44022

Permanent Parcel No. 932-25-017

In accordance with Sub. HB 197, this meeting will be held as a remote meeting, no one will be in attendance at the Village Council Chambers, and the public is not permitted to access the Council Chambers during the meeting. Access is available to the public only via telephone, YouTube and through Zoom web conferencing. If you wish to comment on this proposed project, you are encouraged to do so at the hearing and prior to the Architectural Board of Review’s action on the requested proposal. Please be advised there are limited circumstances for modification to a proposal once acted upon by the board. The appropriate time to comment on the proposal is at the time of the scheduled meeting referenced above.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Chagrin Falls at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 utilizing a virtual meeting format at the request of Betsy Towns for variance to Section 1145.02(b) Nonconforming Buildings and Uses: Additions, specifically at 463 East Washington Street, Permanent Parcel No. 932-14-003

In accordance with Sub. HB 197, this meeting will be held as a remote meeting. Noone will be in attendance at the Village Hall Council Chambers and the public is not permitted to access the Council Chambers during the meeting. Access is available to the public only via telephone, YouTube, and through Zoom web conferencing.
