Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Chagrin Falls at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, in the Council Chambers of the Chagrin Falls Village Hall, 21 West Washington Street, Chagrin Falls, Ohio at the request of Mr. and Mrs. J.B. and Amie Raftus for an administrative appeal to an Architectural Board of Review Non-Approval, specifically at 106 Church St., Permanent Parcel No. 932-04-082.
