2023 Road Program

Overview

The Road Program for 2023 includes the five (5) smaller size project as follows: 

  1. Billy Campbell Drive – Armory – Founder’s Field Roadway Repaving
  2. Bell Street Road and Catch Basin Repairs
  3. South Franklin Street Road and Catch Basin Repairs
  4. South Franklin Street Culvert Outfall Repair
  5. Service Garage South Driveway Pavement Repairs

Project Advisory

September 27, 2023

The 2023 Road Program in the Village of Chagrin Falls is scheduled to start during the week of October 9, 2023.  All work for this project is projected to be completed by October 20, 2023, weather permitting.  The areas included in this project are as follows:

1.  Billy Campbell Drive – Founders Field.  
     -    Repaving of entire main roadway.
     -    Work to be completed within one week of start.

2.  Bell Street and South Franklin Street.
     -   Spot repairs of pavement and storm sewer inlets.
     -    Traffic will be maintained with flaggers.
     -    Minor traffic delays during work hours only are possible.
     -    The Chagrin Schools Transportation Dept. has been notified.
     -    Work should be completed within 3-4 days from the time of start.

3.  Senlac Hills Drive Water Break Area.
     -    Repaving of street where recent water main break was repaired.
     -    Work to be completed within one day from the time of start.
