Architectural Board of Review

The Architectural Board of Review (ABR) makes recommendations about exterior renovations in Chagrin Falls.

ABR meets twice monthly;  1st and 3rd Tuesday at 8:30 AM in Council Chambers located at Village Hall, 21 W.Washington Street.

Submittal Information

  • Submission Deadline:  12:00 noon for all submission deadline dates.
  • First Time Submissions:  Must be submitted (20) twenty days prior to meeting. (with exception of fences and signs which adhere to an (11) eleven day submission rule) 
  • Re-Submission/Field Changes:  Must be submitted (11) eleven days prior to meeting.
