Temporary signs placed within the Village right-of-way or on public property will be removed by Village personnel.  The public right-of-way generally extends from the street to the house side of the sidewalk or approximately 10-15 feet from the edge of the street.  Temporary signs must be removed before they show evidence of deterioration, dirt, damage or discoloration.
