Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Council of the Village of Chagrin Falls at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 24, 2019 in the Council Chamber of the Chagrin Falls Village Hall, 21 West Washington Street, Chagrin Falls, Ohio to consider adoption of comprehensive amendments to the Planning and Zoning Code of the Village and to amend the Zoning Map as set out in Ordinance 2019-39 and the attachments thereto.  The Ordinance and Exhibit A and B thereto, along with the proposed new map and effected parcel map,  as proposed to be revised  at the June 24, 2019 Council meeting from the versions originally introduced at the May 13, 2019  Council meeting, are available here

Section 1113.04 of the Planning and Zoning Code requires that notice of any proposed map change or text amendments be posted on the Village website.  The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended to Council to adopt the text amendments and map changes shown on Exhibit A and B to Ordinance 2019-39, which will amend Chapters 1105 through 1153 and Appendix B of the Planning and Zoning Code.  Residents are urged to go to the Village website at, and review Appendix B to the proposed amendments to the Planning and Zoning Code found in Exhibit A or B to Ordinance 2019-39. or by reviewing Section 4 of the Ordinance to check to see if their property parcel will be affected by the adoption of Ordinance 2019-39 and if their property is being rezoned to a new district.  A property owner can determine their parcel number(s) by reviewing their latest real estate tax bill or by going to the Cuyahoga County website and putting in their name or address in the property information section of the County website which can be found at
