Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that a special public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Chagrin Falls at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 in the Council Chamber of the Chagrin Falls Village Hall, 21 West Washington Street, Chagrin Falls, Ohio at the request of Mr. & Mrs. Benjamin pursuant to Section 1111.01, appeals and variances intent, BZA will hear an appeal to the decision of the Architectural Review Board regarding 187 Robens Court.

On behalf of the entire Village I would like to acknowledge and thank the Chagrin Falls Beautification Committee and the Dogwood Valley Garden Club for their many volunteer hours and financial contribution to making our Village the beautiful summer place it is. These groups both plant and maintain the flower beds throughout the downtown area. The Dogwood Valley Garden Club not only planted the hay racks on the bridge but contributed the funds to buy the hanging baskets displayed throughout the Downtown area. It is through the contributions of the many volunteers such as these that Chagrin Falls has been able to remain a vibrant village into the 21’st century.

The Village of Chagrin Falls has contracted with PMI to upgrade our water meter reading system. Some residents will get a postcard from PMI to contact them and arrange an appointment time to change out your meter. The residents who do not receive this postcard are residents that have newer meter and the Village Water Department will be changing out the remote on the outside of the your house where no appointment is necessary.
