Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 1109.05(b)(1)(B) of the Codified Ordinances of Chagrin Falls that a meeting will be held by the Architectural Board of Review of the Village of Chagrin Falls at 8:30 A.M. on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 in the Council Chambers of the Chagrin Falls Village Hall, 21 W. Washington Street, Chagrin Falls, Ohio to hear final submission for the new school building for the Chagrin Falls Intermediate School.

IF YOU WISH TO COMMENT ON THIS PROPOSED PROJECT, YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO DO SO PRIOR TO THE ARCHITECTURAL BOARD OF REVIEW’S APPROVAL OF THE INITIAL PROPOSAL. PLEASE BE ADVISED THERE ARE LIMITED CIRCUMSTANCES FOR MODIFICATION TO A PROPOSAL AFTER INITIAL APPROVAL. THE APPROPRIATE TIME TO COMMENT ON THE PROPOSAL IS AT THE SCHEDULED MEETING REFERENCED ABOVE.
