Heritage Home Program: A Valuable Resource For Residents

Chagrin Falls is a long time member of the Heritage Home Program. If you are contemplating any type of renovation or addition to your home they can be a valuable resource to assist you. I would encourage you to investigate the services they offer. They have an informational meeting scheduled for April 13 at 7 P.M. in the Beachwood City Hall.  I’ve provided the Chagrin Falls quarterly usage statistics and their monthly newsletter below.

Service Spotlight

Sometimes our preservation approach to maintenance and repair leads us to the
Cuyahoga County Archives in order to dig up an older photo that can provide clues as
to what changes and alterations have been made to a home over the years. Recently,
we provided a homeowner with an image of her home that has inspired her to rebuild
her front entry to be both historically accurate, and functional. The entire
project resulted from one site visit and a little historic research. This type of
history hunting is an added benefit to residents that you won’t find with any other
housing program!
