Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 1109.05(b) (1)(B) of the Codified Ordinances of Chagrin Falls that a meeting will be held by the Architectural Board of Review, of the Village of Chagrin Falls Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at 8:30 AM in the Council Chambers Village Hall, 21 W. Washington Street, Chagrin Falls, Ohio

To hear an initial proposal: For a new dwelling. Project Address: 280 Miles Rd. Permanent Parcels No. 932-22-019 & 932-22-20

IF YOU WISH TO COMMENT ON THIS PROPOSED PROJECT, YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO DO SO PRIOR TO THE ARCHITECTURAL BOARD OF REVIEW’S APPROVAL OF THE INITIAL PROPOSAL. PLEASE BE ADVISED THERE ARE LIMITED CIRCUMSTANCES FOR MODIFICATION TO A PROPOSAL AFTER INITIAL APPROVAL. THE APPROPRIATE TIME TO COMMENT ON THE PROPOSAL IS AT THE SCHEDULED MEETING REFERENCED ABOVE.

Public Hearing on Ordinance 2016-72 on Dec. 12th

Please be advised that Village Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 12th at 7 PM in the Council Chambers at 21 W. Washington Street to discuss Ordinance 2016-72.

Ordinance No. 2016-72 – An ordinance amending Codified Ordinance Section 1115.04 and adding a requirement for the Architectural Board of Review to state reasons to support their decision as required by the Planning and Zoning Code. New legislation.
